Update on the Help for Health donation made in April 2014. The donation helped to fund Peer Support Services in Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire. SIA’S Peer Support Service is a vital frontline service that provides support to anyone who has been affected by spinal cord injury. In the past twelve months the Peer Support Officers who cover Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire have supported:

84 spinal cord injured people

45 relatives and friends of spinal cord injured people

254 Healthcare Professionals (including delivering In-Service Training Sessions on spinal cord injury)
